What their website says
"Climate Controlled: Just Like Your Home. I've had storage with U-Haul on University and the Carol City area and I never had the issue that I had at West Park my unit on 27th when I went in was very clean and well kept I expected when I had my storage on West Park for it to be clean and neat inside as it was when I was on 27th Avenue it was anything but that it looked like my storage had been outside I specifically paid for climate control clean storage and it looked like all of my items were covered and dirt and dust and filled there were reptile eggs and reptile droppings 98% of my items were unusable I had clothes I had items my children had made over the years and I had to throw most of the items away it was a health hazard we had to use hazmat suits chemical gloves and n95 masks to get through that storage not satisfied at all I had storage in West Park for over 10 years and it was a disaster not satisfied at all"
